Freezing & lagging, no response from support team – Kingdom Age Review

I've been CRIME CITY for almost 7 years, the new owners are trying to work bugs out but the game continues to get worse with freezing up & terrible lag.sent 2 tickets in this week because of player that refuses to stop robbing me for a week. With no response from gree/deca. I'm considering of whether to keep playing.
