Customer service never works – Kids ABC Letter, Spelling, Literacy & Phonics game Review

My son loves this app, we bought it on my phone but the full version does not it does not work on his iPad. We have tried to register an account but the app always tells us we are not connected to the internet. The worst part is the customer service page will never load and we have no way to contact someone about the problems. Very disappointed.
