Hello dear sir/madam I purchased your app(#vpn) for 7 days trial,unfortunately I couldnt use it becouse it didnt work,after one week apple use my credit and charge me 4.34$.As a matter of fact I lose 4.34$ and I couldnt use vpn so I really appreciate if you could pay back my money.
