WPS Cloud 1GB not good enough – WPS Office Review

On my PC I use MS WORD and on my Apple devices I use WPS; I like it and it is convenient BUT the limited WPS Cloud if 1GB is totally useless! So I’m unable to move away from MS WORD until the provide more cloud storage in the WPS Cloud! I would buy the VIP Upgrade if they can rectify this... no such option is available with the VIP Upgrade; why? The company says you can upgrade the 1GB if you upgrade to VIP but I don’t see that option; it shouldn’t be so hard! Another issue I have written to the company customer support email address (no reply) about is when you select files there are no edit options (such as delete) available on your selected files!
