Events keep failing – Dino Factory Review

The game would be fun, except for the events keep failing. First you work hard to place in the event so you can earn cash and donuts to advance faster but then the reward doesn’t come. Instead there’s just a blank screen. When I reported the issue through the game and included all the info, including a picture of the rank the response was please provide the info and if possible picture of ranking. 3 events in a row now. At this point I assume the response is automated and no one at the other end bothers looking at it.
