Phone not jail broken. Even if it was, who cares? – Capital One Investing Mobile Review

My phone is not jail broken yet I cannot access my portfolio. Dear Capital One, It would be more useful to present a warning, then allow the user to decide whether or not to proceed. Simply preventing people from having access to their money is a good way to get your customers to transfer or liquidate positions and move elsewhere.
