Apple Watch activity shows 0:00 miles but time is tracks. – Runtastic Running Tracker PRO Review

This happened to me twice and so it is a big... please fix it!!!!! iPhone 6s Plus and Apple Watch 1 series. Scenario: Apple Watch distance shows 0:00 but time for running is tracked. It has happened twice. I think after I finish one activity like running outside then finish the session and Close the activity. Then start the Apple Watch running activity the old activity still shows up even after killing the Apple Watch session. Then I have to go to my iPhone and start the running session from the phone ... then the Apple Watch activity starts. Sometimes it the distance is stuck at 0:00 miles but time keeps moving. So your app thinks I am a hamster in a wheel running at the same place ... no distance but time is tracked! Please fix this!
