GARBAGE – Insta Shapes Pro - Snap pics and shape photos with groovy patterns, ig symbols & fab deco shapes! Review

I’ve been trying for a half hour to get the PAID version to open, and it will not. I’ve cycled my device. Tried a different device. Uninstalled/reinstalled app. Still will not work. Twas a waste of $3.
