Too many problems – Scheduled - Send text later Review

There always seems to be a problem. I am paid up through end of May, but it won't let me auto send...just sends me in circles. It's always something... ? AND NOW...NO MATTER WHAT I TYPE, THAT NICKNAME HAS BEEN TAKEN. VERY POORLY RUN APP Found out today my important text I had scheduled NEVER was sent. Some type of error. I tried to contact Customer Service, they are "OFF FOR THE DAY, BE BACK MONDAY." What kind of out-fit does that? The entire APP is a joke, I wouldn't recommend it to my Dead Mother.
