It doesn’t cut and save your videos – Resize for Story - No Crop Review

I thought I could send a 1 min video and it would cut it for me in 15 second segments. It just allows you to trim videos. I can do that on my phone! Not sure if there are other special features but it did not help with what I was looking for sadly!!!
