please fix the screen top white bar flashing bug. – VegasTowers HD - Tower Building Sim Review

This issue was posted under a comment on non-HD version. Even this HD version has the same bug, please fix it, its giving me headaches playing game. Bug: Top of screen has a white bar, that keeps on flashing. Device: Ipad mini 4
