Customer Service – Zappos: Shop shoes & clothes Review

One thing I like about Zappos is the variety. The other? Their customer service is astounding. If you have any questions, if you want to return or exchange - anything - the representatives are so helpful and nice. I had to return a pair of shoes and was dreading that call. I was welcomed warmly and there was no attitude from the representative. Zappos is a class act.
