Won't upload most photos – Face Story -Morph, Change Face Review

Only 2 out of 10 pics would upload from my photo gallery. I'm really disappointed and was looking forward to using it. Of course there is no way to contact the owner of the app so he's just sitting back collecting money. Rip off!!!!
