Frustrating – Smith Pro - Business Tool Review

I don't know if it's the smith app holding back job description details until you pay or if the homeowners aren't being descriptive enough. Either way, they need to provide more details about the job before you have to pay or require more detailed job descriptions. I (an asphalt paving contractor) seen a lead saying exactly this; Title: "Asphalt driveway" Job Description: "I want to Asphalt everywhere that is gravel" Location: "Kent". Hoping to find at least the job size I clicked on it, where I had to pay 5 credits for more info. Since job size determines credit amount and I had recently bid on a 6 credit job, common sense told me this job wasn't to big. After paying, I learned that the job was close to 10x the size of the 6 credit job. Probably half of my leads are like this when it comes to vagueness and inaccurate credit amount. When I requested a refund I had to select 1 of the 3 refundable reasons: job completed, no response, or wrong field of work. I chose the closest option (wrong field) and was denied because they talked to the homeowner who said I never reached out. I explained that I didn't need to talk to them to know it's to big but they said that wasn't one of the 3 reasons.. eventually I got my credits back but only because I think the lady was getting annoyed. lol There's also repeat and bogus leads and leads that said they were posted an hour ago but I seen on there the day before, which is weird. The reason I still gave 3 stars is that I have found a few jobs on here, just few and far between!
