Not free. – Go to Create Monster Girl XY Dress up for Pokemon Review

This game is not free, you get nothing for free it costs REAL money just to unlock a character to create and none of the other characters are free, absolutely terrible would not recommend unless you want to spend real money on this game, otherwise this game seems adorable but again would not recommend.
