Help - can’t get past subscription splash “page” – Bible Study Tools Review

This app totally worked for me but, with recent upgrade, I can’t get past the email subscription page. I’ve tried declining (“not now”) and I’ve also tried subscribing. I’ve deleted and reloaded the app...but the gray splash page won’t go away whatever I try (and I can’t access the app).
