I didn’t get an email for the redeem code – TestFlight Review

I was asked to be a beta tester, and I downloaded the TestFlight app. I was asked to read the Terms contract but clicked accept before I could read it. I saw the email address it would send the email to before I clicked accept, but I never received an email.. I’ve looked up ways to fix this but so far I haven’t had any luck. Any help?
