Mezi made it right - YOU ROCK!!! – Mezi - Your Personal Travel and Booking Assistant Review

Well, I’ve always used Mezi for products for about two years and it was amazing. Now fast forward to my 1st Travel purchase and as always Mezi worked like a charm. Fast, easy and etc. However, the airline did not relay any emails. Make a long dreadful story short - the flight left without me and I was at the airport waiting. They needed the record locater # and can’t find me anywhere. Seriously? Without going into detail let me just say that Mezi made it RIGHT when the airline was no help whatsoever. Mezi was able to reach out to the air carrier and negotiate a full travel credit for future use. That was awesome since now I don’t have to call Amex. Yes I was at the airport all day but if that’s the worst if it then it’s okay. Thank you very much Mezi. You Rock!!!
