Worked about 3 times – Cheat for Words With Friends Review

How do I completely delete this app? It doesn’t work, won’t scan screen etc. don’t know why it worked then stopped. Liked it when it worked. It keeps saying it’s having trouble with my screen shots. Any help?? Would like my money back for the keys too!! This app takes your money easily but can’t seem to deliver on what it says it does. I’ll ask again, ANY HELP?
