Location service is garbage, full of scammers. – Skout+ - Chat, Meet New People Review

I live 2500+ miles from where the app thinks I am located. Every other app that shows my location is accurate. I paid for premium to hopefully fix it but the travel function only lets you look at profiles in the area. There is no way to update your location. How can you meet people when the app says you live somewhere else? The people around you think you are just another scammer because the app location is wrong. Also beware that somehow scammers and webcam affiliate marketers have been able to bypass the location part somehow. I would say about 75% of the women on here are fake scam or affiliate marketing profiles. Be very careful. Never give out your financial info (should be common sense but it obviously isn’t. If they are asking for it, they are likely getting enough suckers to continue the scam). Agree to meet in a public place first if you are going to meet face to face ( though not likely). This helps you prevent falling into a predators trap (though not fool proof). Lastly, everything that sounds too good to be true, it is most likely fraud.
