BEWARE!!!! ** DEAD APP, NO SUPPORT! ** Deleted data! – Moves Review

BEWARE TO ALL!! Support has not responded to any of my requests in 2 MONTHS and I have LOST CRITICAL DATA that was backed up!!! If I sign into my account, the app tells me IT WILL DELETE ALL MY DATA and I get ZERO SUPPORT!!! I got a traffic ticket and the cops report was embellished but I can prove EVERYTHING captured from this Moves app, however now it says if I sign in, all my data will be deleted. The only thing that changed is Apple gave me a replacement identical new iPhone. Everything was backed up. All I need to do is sign in to Moves EXCEPT I CAN’T BECAUSE OF THEIR BUG! I’m an app architect and I’ve even given these people (or whomever they are) plenty of options to make accessing my data easy. BUT NO RESPONSE FOR 2 MONTHS & I TOLD THEM Up FRONT I’D NEED IT BY NOW FOR COURT! There was NOT ONE FOLLOW-UP or status change since my submission. THESE ARE GARBAGE BUSINESSES THAT HAVE AN IDEA & ABANDON THEIR APPS! Always check when the last update was posted. It should never be more than 2-3 months given their average business models. Also consider paying after a trial if there are are no-ad versions rather than free JUNK they made for fun and can’t afford to support. Im advocating to Apple all their apps are removed from the App Store! Then my lawyers will be coming if I don’t get a resolution immediately.
