Amazing – Chill – Mindfulness Reminders Review

You wouldn’t think getting mindfulness reminders during the day could make a dramatic difference but I’m not exaggerating when I say that it has had a notice impact on my serenity. I suggest actually taking a full 60 seconds or more to be mindful when the messages show up. I just couldn’t be more dumbfounded by the change in my attitude as I go through my day by such a simple thing. Have gotten 4 friends into it and we all love it.
