Not as advertised – Golf Pad: Golf GPS & Scorecard Review

The app is ok. I give to 3 stars because it does not excel in anything when compared to other apps like Swing by Swing. On the good side, it is easy to use and the quick score feature is very handy. GPS works fine. On the bad side: main round screens shows yardage but not the map and it doesn’t automatically move to a new hole when you enter the score for the last hole. This causes some confusion In regard to yardage. Net scores are only available in the paid version and this really annoys me. Paid version should be for something minimally related to personal statistics, such as club selection, recommended clubs etc. Last despite it advertises that no registration is required, I had to register to be able to use the app.
