Can’t download in app purchase of positive grid bias fx studio rack pack – BIAS FX - Guitar Amp & Effects Review

Please It’s been 3 days since I paid for the pack and it refuses to download, when I try to reinstall it tells me that I have already purchased the in app, my iPad is working fine but when it wants to add the purchase it never loads always that spinning processing icon...what do I do....I have already written to both Apple support and you guys....
