Stops working once you pay – UnFollow: for Instagram Review

I've had this app for over a year, worked perfectly fine. I decided to upgrade and paid the full amount. Now the app doesn't work AT ALL. Every time I update the page, it says there is zero change which is ridiculous cause I can see my follower count go up and down but still won't provide any info. What a waste of money!! :(
