Why didn’t I do this sooner? – Spartan Mind Review

I work out so freaking hard to be in shape but I never even thought to stop and take the time to work on my brain and my thoughts. This is changing my life. I’m sleeping better and noticing more things every day that aren’t fitness related that are really improved. 10 minutes a day and I’m a changed man.
