Game froze and they took away my levels and rewards? – Wizard of Oz Slots Games Review

I have spent $$ in this game, enjoyed it and had reached level 446. The game froze this morning, I had to reload it on my phone and while I still had my credits, they took away all my levels and all my rewards and I had to start from the beginning. I'm VERY unhappy about this.
