AWESOME – Aura: Meditation & Sleep, CBT Review

this app is honestly so nice. it’s set @ the time of day i need it and makes me feel so calm! it’s a 9/10 recommend... the reason why i chose 9 tho is because u have to pay a lot of money if u want to be “‘meditating” at any time ??
