Can’t even play the game – LEGO® Batman™: Beyond Gotham Review

The game starts up I select new game and the control style, game crashes. Reached out to developers days ago, no response. I have a new iPhone 8 Plus. There is no reason why I should be having this issue or why I can’t get a response from the developer.
