The worst store and the worst customer care in the world – Xcite Online Shopping Review

Please guys don't waste your money in shopping with this store as i bought ps4 online and just delivered after 4 days just turn it on it was damaged as it can’t open any app or any game so, i took the console and went to maintenance service and they checked it and confirmed its damage (from 4 days)then till now no-one contact me even when i called customer care they didn’t provide any solution. So, now i called them to take back my money she replayed i don’t know and closed. - delayed delivery - damaged products - poor customer care - bad maintenance services
