App won’t open – Vanity Fair Digital Edition Review

I’ve updated. I’ve shut down and restarted my iPad (iOS 11.X). Nothing helps. I try to open Vanity Fair app (USA edition) and it was immediately shuts down. This is a new problem. HELP!
