Hi. I really enjoy the idea of your game. The different tables the different options the social aspect the teams all good ideas. Since I’ve joined I’ve noticed a lot of changes. Some of them good ideas but then just turn it to moneymakers for you and not an opportunity for your players to have fun. The cars that are being dealt seem to have unrealistic probabilities. Mathematically many of the situations I’ve witnessed and seen and heard from my playing colleagues it is more like carnival probability than actual casino poker or blackjack probabilities. The daily spin a wheel is consistently between five, eight and $10,000. In over two months I’m not spun anything higher than $10,000. The probability is unrealistic especially when the wheel has an equal number of spaces to dollar amounts. As a team we worked all challenge days multiple weeks in a row earning five chests And over the last few weeks all we have to show for it is a few hats, tokens and an average of about $30,000 earned in the challenge. This is very disappointing as many of us consistently lose between three and $15 million in chips in order are the chests. This is very unfair for user. I suggest strongly that you make some very serious changes in your probabilities, making Black Jack at six deck shoot, and compensating every single player for not being able to play this past Sunday evening as whenever we logged on we kept getting an error code. If you don’t start improving your customer service, I will make it my duty to make sure everyone I’ve played with and every team I played with delete your app and posts how unfair and greedy the makers of this game are. The first year I have the app I was in nothing but good things now you totally made the game no fun to play anymore.
