Premium features don’t work, bad customer service – Run Distance Tracker by Vima Review

I loved the app at first and subscribed to the premium version. But after upgrading my iPhone, I had to download the Vina app again. With the new app I was not able to use the premium features even though I was still subscribed to the premium service. I emailed the developers multiple times and never got a response. Totally awful customer service.
