Why cant you update this? – Mini Carnival Review

I loved this game since I was young, and recently wanted it back. I looked it up on App Store and it wasn’t there so I went on safari and pressed the “install” button. When I got to the app I couldn’t redownload it because it needed to be updated by the creator for IOS 11. Please update so I can play my favorite game again!!
