Subscription cancelled – Everand: Ebooks and audiobooks Review

I unsubscribed and deleted this because financially, I just can’t afford it. I contacted the developers with concerns about possible charges and they wrote me three different times trying to get the information to credit me back. I find that alone highly impressive. For someone like me with varied interests, this app is perfect. It’s unfortunate that I couldn’t subscribe. Sheet music, art, scientific articles, articles on developments pertaining to my specific illnesses. There’s a little bit of everything in one place. But the customer care is what makes the difference. Before you give them one star, contact them. Give them a chance to address your problem. They are an impressive team.
