parts and teaspoons? – Cocktail Flow - Drink Recipes Review

I just downloaded this and I’ve been poking around. I love the functionality, but the recipes mix proportional and exact measurements. So you have ‘1 part this, 2 parts, that, and 1 teaspoon something else’. Huh? I’m going hope the parts were originally ounces, and try some out.
