App doesn’t work Unable to access on Mobile device – Hilton Honors: Book Hotels Review

We have an account with Hilton that I’m able to access on desktop computer. I’ve downloaded the app and when attempting to Sign In all I Get is a “That was unexpected. Sorry for the interruption. Please try again!” I’ve tried numerous time to include deleting app and reloading multiple times all to the same occurrence.
