Latest update deleted all my progress, I could cry – Carmageddon Review

Update to my earlier review, April 16th: I’ve dropped this game down to 1 star. In addition to its habit of wiping my progress with every update, it now shows unskippable adverts for some crummy MMORPG game after every race. Way to antagonize your customers, guys. I have no interest in that type of game and having adverts forced in front of me just makes me see red. Why do the Marketing team always have to ruin anything good? Previous review: Excellent game. Over many months I have managed to complete every single race on all 3 difficulty levels, unlocking all the cars (even the extra Police one). Installed the latest update tonight and all my progress has been wiped out. Back to "new game as guest". I am seriously infuriated and despondent. Don't these people ever TEST their software before release? Grrrrr.
