Very slow on iPhone 8+ – Acronis Mobile Review

This app worked pretty well on my iPhone 6. I got an iPhone 8+ a few months ago, and it hasn’t been able to get beyond backing up 10% of my phone in that entire time. I’ve restarted the backup a couple of times and the same thing happens. It literally takes a week or more to get to 10%, then it doesn’t go any further. What gives?
