Won't load. – Iron Blade: Medieval RPG Review

The game loads to the Gameloft logo, then it says my device isn't compatible with the game. I've checked the compatability for this, and currently, I'm running IOS 9.3.5 on April 15, 2018, 1:33am. The game info in the app store says that I need IOS 9.0 or later and either Iphone, Ipad or Ipod touch to play the game. What am I doing wrong, if anything?
