Fails after a month of travel – Travel Journal & Trip Tracker Review

I wrote a previous review speaking of some issues but mostly positive. Now we have not been able to receive any posts from our daughter for over a month, and while the developers are quick to reach out to you, the fixes continually promised to both her and her family members, 'next week', have not materialized. She has another month of travel ahead and i don't expect it to ever work. So, short summary: worked well for a couple of weeks, then started to have problems, then failed completely.
