No help from fraud dept – BitPay - Bitcoin Wallet & Card Review

Update: even though the developer left this response their support refuses to help me. I had $1500 in fraud on BitPay’s debit card and the fraud department refuses to investigate properly or even allow me to file for a chargeback. The cards have very poor security features so I don’t recommend leaving more than a couple hundred dollars on it.
