Bug: App keeps telling me to Update but there IS NO UPDATE!!? – Hilton Honors: Book Hotels Review

I'm trying to book a room but the App refuses to run and instead the App keeps telling me to Update but there IS NO UPDATE!!? When I go to the App Store it just says "Open." FIX THIS ASAP!! Device: 5th Gen iPod Touch running most current software available to this device: iOS 9.3.5
