I can’t play since the update – Angry Birds Evolution Review

It literally won’t open. It started to be stop loading when I’d initialize the app. At first it would just work if I stopped and restarted the app. Then it started to only work when I restarted my phone. Then it stopped starting at all. I updated my iOS and no change. Help?
