HELP – MyMobileSecure Review

I got onto my IPhone and it said that my phone had (4) malicious viruses. They said my battery would automatically lock if I don’t act and get this app within a four minute window of time. I am under 18 and I have no idea what to do. I’ve seen other reviews with similar stories but I’m just really concerned whether or not my phone will actually shut down or be affected in anyway after that message. Please help.
