It doesn’t do the one thing I need it to – Altura Credit Union Mobile App Review

I’ve been trying to deposit a check with the mobile app for a good 30 mins now and it just don’t seem like it’s going to work. I’ve followed all the directions, resigned the check with a darker ink pen(then marker), did it on a dark surface...I don’t know what else to do. It just keeps saying it can’t recognize the endorsement and it can’t recognize the check
