Missing Fragments – NARUTO X BORUTO NINJA VOLTAGE Review

I loved this game until this week. I’m grinding for Boruto fragments and I beat the entire Mitsuki Quests both single and team quests. I should have received a total of 215 Boruto fragments and I didn’t get a single one. Didn’t show up in presents box, achievements. Nothing. Where do I get my shards that I EARNED? Please fix this. This ruins the game for me and if I don’t get them I will definitely quit playing and take my money else where.
