Reached a broken level and don’t know how to reach app support – Paint Monsters Review

I have made it to level 878 and it keeps loading a game that doesn’t have 3 same colors in a row to make a move. Or if it loads with a first move you don’t get a second one. Tried buying rainbow arrows to clear a few columns but it still didn’t set I a move. Can you fix this please.
