Continuous problems with buying coins cash – Zero Car : Open World Extreme Racing Review

I have purchased the million cash for this games 2 times now, and every time I in app purchase this, it says this in app purchase has already been bought and will be replaced for free and then. Nothing happens! I’m waisting my money and losing interest totally in this app!!!!
