I earned 430 points yet it wants me to buy more? – Bible Trivia App Game Review

I can understand a free game being limited to 111 levels. I can understand buying coins to continue to higher levels, if you're one of those people who can't answer the questions properly the first try. I can even understand paying for upgrades. What I can't understand is that the game tells you there are more levels, coins are needed for those levels, & coin chart starts at a minimum $.99 & goes quickly up from there. Apparently, there are no more levels after 111 & if you've actually answered every question correctly, which I did, you've supposedly earned plenty of points & should just be able to continue. So, ????? LOUD!!! but good questions, sucky pictures.
